WHAT SUPPORT MEANS

We are confident that all Artonic websites are built well, planned intricately, function smoothly, and are beautiful. To that end we offer our Support Package – our promise that your website is supported by the most professional team in Michigan.

Call us, email us, send a carrier pigeon – whatever you prefer to do, we’ll answer quickly and professionally.

We work with our clients to keep their websites fresh, secure, optimized, and stunning; that’s what support means to us. We are a team – you and us — and our success is fused together.

YOU GET UPDATES

One of the best parts to the Support Package is the two hours of website updates you get each month!

This is flexible time; use it as needed. Want to make content updates? Done; no extra charge! Want to update images or promote a new product? It’s completely covered.

Most of our clients are very independent and enjoy making edits to their websites, which is awesome. But sometimes, a client doesn’t have time to make an edit, or maybe the edit is complex, and requires a professional or specialized software. Whatever the case, Artonic is here to help you make up to two hours of changes to your website each month at no additional charge.

And the best best part of this? If you utilize only this one piece of our support package, everything else is essentially free.

YOU’RE IN CONTROL

When you’re on Artonic’s Support Package, you get our content management system (CMS) as part of the deal. That means you can access and edit the content on your website at any time, quickly and easily.

As we mentioned earlier, most of our clients want the ability to change the content on their websites by themselves. That’s awesome! We have a CMS for our clients to use that’s very basic and easy to learn. Plus, we offer one-on-one training sessions, so you understand how it works and feel confident using it.

DON’T FEAR EMERGENCIES

That’s right. When you’re supported by Artonic, emergencies aren’t such big emergencies anymore.

SUPERHERO RESPONSE TIME

Not sure if you’ve heard or not, but Artonic is fast. Like, superfast. It’s one of the basic values we’ve built our business on: We respond. Immediately.

We’ve officially titled it, Emergency Response to Critical Requests. What does this mean for you?

It means that if you contact Artonic with a request, no matter what time or day, someone will respond to you as soon as possible, within an hour during the work week, and within a few hours outside of normal business hours.
