What isn’t included in the hosting plan?
Labor outside the scope of hosting support generally includes changes to website content, design, or functionality; debugging code; resolving conflicts from server, platform, plugin, or other upgrades; application-level security remediation; digital marketing; third-party integration issues; accessibility/compliance fixes, training, and vendor coordination; and, in general, anything that implies code editing.
