Big Boy in Tecumseh, Michigan was one of many restaurants affected by COVID-19. As Big Boy adapted to new procedures, part of this was to launch their first website. This allowed Big Boy to effectively communicate their offerings and hours to customers, as well as be positioned to add on online ordering in the future.
